These office hours are normally limited to program members to protect the intimacy and trust that makes the coaching work. But periodically, I open a small number of invite-only seats to senior leaders outside the program. Seats are limited to 12 people, and to claim yours, you'll need to submit a question and commit to showing up live.

Who's in the room?
Senior tech leaders (L6-L8) from companies like Amazon, Google, Meta, Apple, LinkedIn, and Uber, among others. The group is a mix of job seekers, people navigating a career transition, and leaders looking to level up in their current role.
What kinds of questions or challenges should I bring?
Anything you're genuinely wrestling with. Career direction, leadership presence, team dynamics, negotiation strategy, how to handle a difficult stakeholder, whether to stay or go. Bring whatever is on your mind. You don't need to have it figured out before you show up.
