What woke me up at 3am

I woke up in the middle of the night and wrote this down:

All the portals are open.

All the channels are open.

Because I am love.

Strange thing to share in a newsletter about careers, maybe.

But it represents one of the most powerful beliefs I have developed over these past few years.

If you have a thought, if you can see the world you want to create, then the portal is already open.

The path to that reality already exists.

What stops us isn’t the lack of opportunity.

It’s fear.

Fear of judgment.

Fear of failure.

Fear of stepping outside the safety of the salaried job, the predictable path.

But here’s the antidote: love.

Love for the idea itself.

Love for what you’re here to create.

Love for the part of you that knows this matters.

Think about it:

● You’ve sat in a big meeting, held back an idea… only to watch someone else voice it and get the credit.

● You’ve pictured a product that could change the world… then shoved it aside with “who am I to build this?” Months later, someone else launches a company around it.

And you’re left with that sinking thought: “I had that idea first.”

The difference isn’t that their portals were open and yours weren’t.

It’s that they stepped through while you stayed frozen in fear.

The next time a thought comes to you, try something different.

Take one small action, grounded in love, not fear.

Each step rewires the part of you that believes the channels are closed.

And slowly, you’ll realize, they were open all along.
